Meet The Author of Bess Books

Hartlepool Author's Showcase

Good News to announce.... and a massive thanks to the team at Hartlepool Community Hubs. Their team serve the community so well.

I will be at Hartlepool Community Hubs Tees Valley Author Showcase Hartlepool taking place in theCommunity Hub Central, York Road on Saturday 24th October 2026 between 10am and 1pm.

This special event gives local writers the opportunity to introduce themselves and their books and offers a 15 min “Meet the Author” session. The event will be promoted on the Council Website and Community Hub Socials, as well as local press and the National Year of Reading website. So watch out for more info.

Writers will come from all genres and can write for children or adults. Books can be self-published or traditionally published. Writers have to be local.

I am soooooooooo grateful for the opportunity!

Come along, meet me, learn more about Bess and my story, why I decided to write my Bess books!
