This bundle includes both the 'Bess of Clara Vale - The Autistic Labrador' storybook and the accompanying 'Activity and Colouring Book 1', and the 'Bess Goes to the Beach' storybook with its accompanying 'Activity and Colouring Book 2'. All are gently illustrated children’s books exploring belonging, sensory differences, and learning that being different is not something to be fixed.

Created by NHS nurse and autistic author-illustrator Lin Fidgin. The Bess series follows Bess, a thoughtful Labrador and her friends to the beach as she meets a new friend and discovers reassurance, friendship, and confidence along the way.

Through calm storytelling and expressive watercolour illustrations, Bess offers children a reassuring message:

You are not broken. You are just different. You belong.
